We offer a wide range of customizable boarding and care services to maximize your boarding experience with us.
Full Service Indoor Board
$825 + HST per month
- Standard 12’x12′ stalls, most with optional drop down yoke socialization windows, swing out feed doors, grid system and/or rubber mat flooring, and semi-private grill partitions.
- Customized feeding: Grain 2-3 times per day (Tribute products or others may be available)
- Generous amounts of outstanding quality hay fed throughout the day and at night
- Feeding of any additional supplements provided by owner
- Salt added to feed
- Square bales provided in paddocks during winter months in hay nets and/or feeders
- Stall cleaned daily and bedded with dust-free bedding
- Stall water buckets dumped daily and replenished with fresh water
- Stall water and feed buckets, and paddock automatic waterers cleaned regularly
- Full day group or individual turnout every day, weather permitting
- Fly masks on/off once daily
- Front, back and bell boots on/off once daily
- One blanket for turnout on/off or administration of natural fly spray once daily
- Night check including hay feeding every night
- Full, unlimited use of facility
- Use of lockers and blanket room
Full Service Outdoor Board
$525 + HST per month
- Customized feeding: Grain once per day (Tribute products or others may be available)
- Feeding of any additional supplements provided by owner
- Salt added to feed
- 24/7 Square bales of hay provided in paddocks during winter months in hay nets and feeders
- Heated automatic waterers in paddocks, cleaned weekly
- Fly masks on/off once daily
- One blanket for turnout on/off or administration of natural fly spray once daily
- Double shelters in each paddock
- Full, unlimited use of facility Use of lockers and blanket room
Do It Yourself (DIY) and Co-Op Boarding
Starting at $300 + HST per month
- Use of select paddocks for turn out
- Full, unlimited use of facility
- Purchase your own supplies, or buy from us and benefit from our bulk order discounts
- Use of lockers and blanket room
- Supplies must be stored separately from Keurwood’s
Special Care Services (this is not a complete list)
- Multiple blankets, additional sheets, shoulder guards, wraps or other accessory changes
- Food and medication preparation including watering hay, soaking feed, or crushing pills
- Medication administration (in accordance with the Ontario Veterinarians Act, no penicillin)
- Bandaging for short-term injury care
- Emergency care including, but not limited to colic walking, banamine injection, cold hosing, etc.
- Holding for the veterinarian, farrier or other paraprofessionals
- Individual stall fans or spot-lights for show horses, broodmares, stallions and foals
- Lunging or hand walking during inclement weather, colic attacks or injury recovery
- Provision and administration of dewormer
- Hay nets, additional or custom hay, feed or bedding
- Long-term lay-up care
- Foaling and broodmare care (12’x16′ and 12’x9′ stalls)
- Young and retirement horse care
- Stallion care can be available
